CANCELLATION
- 50% from 15 to 7 days before date of arrival;
- 75% from 6 to 4 days before arrival date;
- 100% from 3 days before arrival date or in case of no-show or early departure;
SOJOURN TAX
Sojourn tax is not included in the price. A tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day will be charged. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt.

In our Hotel we accept dogs with a small supplement of Euro 15.00 per day.
CHECK IN
Rooms are available from 13:00 on the day of arrival. In the case of arrivals after 20.00 please notify the Reception (0462.601120)
CHECK OUT
On the day of departure, we ask that you check out of the rooms by 10 a.m.
EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of early departure or late arrival will be charged the amount related to empty beds calculated on half board
PAYMENTS
For final balance payment we accept cash, checks, and ALL credit cards
DEPOSIT
Reservations are valid only with deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay (money order or bank transfer or credit card)

The deposit requested as a final confirmation of the reservation constitutes a guarantee of the same and not a down payment on the services rendered, therefore the moment the subject (reservation) to which it refers should fail, restitution is not possible (art. cod. civ. 1385 and 1386), except in cases of absolute force majeure and with written attestation by an authority appropriate to the case.
